Discount Service Rates
Members receive discounts off our non-member service rates for emergency or scheduled on-site services.

Remote & Phone & Email Support Service
There are many instances where we can help you effectively in just a few minutes over the phone, via e-mail, or secure remote connection to your computer.  This helps to avoid the time and expense of on-site service.

Equipment Tracking
Every computer, monitor and printer we service on-site is tagged with a unique number so we can track specifications and service history for that equipment.  This information comes in handy for many instances including assisting members via phone or e-mail, for insurance purposes in case of theft or damage, and in warranty issues.

Discount Payment Terms
Members receive a credit line and "Net 15" terms. Plus, 10% of your paid invoice will be credited to your account to be applied to future service.
